OUR PROCESS

Our process follows a 4 phase approach to provide the highest quality results for our clients needs.

Stage 1 - Scope

This stage involves defining the scope of the project. This includes detailing what is to be accomplished by the project, how the end goal is to be met and what the requirements of the project are.

This phase will examine your objectives, technical needs and boundaries and user needs. The most important part of this phase is gaining an understanding of how your business works in order to integrate the solution as seamlessly as possible with existing technologies and business practices.

Stage 2 - Design

This stage involves planning, analyzing and laying out prototypes of the system and system interfaces. In this design phase mockups are created of systems for end users to work with in order to customize the system for ease of use and interaction. This phase continues until the full specifications of the project are met and technical details / requirements are documented for development. This phase will create an overall "blueprint" for use in the development stage of the project.

Stage 3 - Development

From the blueprints developed in the design phase the software and hardware requirements for the project are programmed and put together. Throughout this stage our design and management team meet with the client to go over progress and ensure the project follows the design guidelines and needs of the client.

Stage 4 - Launch

In the launch phase the fully tested project is placed in its production environment where we provide the necessary support to ensure your final product meets end goal.
